My leaf mould is nearly finished (I have been using loads on my garden, as it's a new garden and is being landscaped from scratch) .... Whenever I plant something (shrub/tree/perennial etc), I always mix 1/3 by volume into the potting hole ... I also use leaf mould for brewing compost teas (with an airpump)
the leafmould that I have been using is nearly 2 years old, and has broken down nicely ....
my new batch of leaf mould (collected last winter) is a long way off from being ready .... I googled to try and buy some leafmould, but have not found any vendors?
