  • Tonkin tomatoes

Has anyone ever grown these? I bought them from a supermarket and found them really juice and nice. So I have saved the seeds to grow next year.

I watched this to show me how to save seeds. I follow the 1st method. Never tried the other one.

If you mean Tomkin from A--a the real name is Edioso and its an F2 not sure if they will come true from saved seed. New seed is not expensive I have seen it at £2 for 20.

What makes you think Edioso is an F2?

No it's it's an F1, not an F2. But I'm guessing he got confused by the same thread that I just saw, on another forum, which is labelled Tomkin F2 . In fact the thread is about someone growing plants from seeds from a Tomkin/Edioso F1 tomato, which are then the F2 generation.
