Bottle whole, as passata, as ketchup, sun dry (when the sun plays ball).

Everything gets bottled as I only have a three drawer freezer bit of the fridge freezer - we were shocked how much electricity a freezer that isn't brand new AAA rated used. We replaced our ten year old upright and 8 yr fridge with a single efficient fridge freezer and halved our energy consumption. Terrifying!
