They look great Scarlet. I hope mine are that good. Three varieties and they're mostly still growing - a long way off going crispy yet.

Yes, you can use them all. My kids don't like the really big beans whole though mashed up to make a houmous they eat the lot.

Yes you can dry and use any bean for cooking but first please read this thread about cooking them to destroy the toxins, the thread also has some good recipes :-
