Hi all, I recently started a thread about my decimated brassicas and some of you advised me to never say die, and try netting them even at this late stage. I did, using some IKEA net curtains over chicken wire, a bit Heath-Robinson, but the difference in just one week is quite staggering. They have all grown new leaves and are looking really healthy. So, thanks, everyone! I'm really impressed by this netting lark and will be making a proper cage next year to net them properly from the word go.

Thanks folks, and yes, I'll pass on that bit of advice when I can, FF! I am not sure why I resisted netting them in the first place - seems mad now as it was easy to do and the difference is chalk and cheese.
