  • Is it too late for winter salad vegetables?

Is it too late? I got a bit lazy and I feel I've maybe missed my chance.

    I'm thinking:

Kale (Nero Di Toscana, Siberian, Vates Blue Curled)
    Mustard - Red Giant
    Tatsoi
    Mibuna
    Pak Choi
    Chinese Cabbage

I live in Newcastle. They will be in raised beds, and not under cover.

    Any thoughts appreciated, thanks

I would still give these a go at growing. If you can protect them in the winter months with cloches or fleece you should be successful. Good luck!
