Pea Serge

I bought some Pea Serge seeds where according to the website I can sow between Apr- end of Oct. Now the seeds have arrived, the instructions on the packet are different. I know I sow certain seeds under cover for an early Spring planting but cannot find any information on the internet relating sowing peas this late in the year.

Any advice appreciated.
