    • Final week of this challenge for me. My challenge was:
"I will eat at least 5 different things I've grown each week, and sow/plant at least 2 (that is the challenge - 2 is going to be hard in winter)"

      This week I have eaten:
      Runner bean Stardust
      Carrot Nantes Frubund
      Pea Geisha
      Potato Charlotte
      Calabrese
Tomato Balconi Red and Yellow, Shirley, Sungold, Garden Pearl, Totem, Sweet Aperitif
      Courgette Green Bush, Goldmine
      Pepper Snackbite Orange
      Lettuce (various)
      Mibuna baby leaves
      Mizuna
      Namenia baby leaves
      Pak Choi baby leaves
      Cucumber Vega
      Onion Sturon
      Strawberry Buddy
      Wild strawberry
      Blueberry Bluecrop, Dixie
      Raspberry Allgold

      Sown
      Corn Salad Elan
      Komatsuna Torasan

      Planted out/potted on
      Strawberry runners (Marshmello)

So there we have it - I have actually managed it. Finding 5 things to eat was dead easy, finding 2 things to plant, particularly from late summer into the new year was very tricky, required considerable planning, and sometimes meant I had to delay sowings a few days to have enough things to sow each week. I must admit I prefer to do things a little more when I feel like it!
