Yes, although earlier in the season I would leave them to grow to more like 3 or 4 inches diameter.
Mine are growing so slowly at the moment I'm taking them at 2 inches before the slugs are getting them. The proof of the growing is in the eating.
Leave Rotten Fruit.
Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potasium - potash.
Autant de têtes, autant d'avis!!!!!
Il n'est si méchant pot qui ne trouve son couvercle.

I wouldn't - I tried that last year and it slowed the plant down completely.http://mudandgluts.com - growing fruit and veg in suburbia

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

At this point I'd pick em off and eat them and bin the plant. The plants may well be slowing down now anyway with the decrease in light. I wouldn't be watering every day with the temperatures we have.http://mudandgluts.com - growing fruit and veg in suburbia
