Even more pests. What is this ?

I have lost count at the amount of pest missery i have had this season and now this. This rust colour with eaten pinholes is starting to happen on alot of my leaf veg and these broad beans. As you can see my last crop is also pathetic. Just bought some autumn broad beans to sow in november but i don't think i will bother. What on earth is it pleae ?

I don't grow broad beans but aren't these at the end of the season for this year now. I think many people start them off again November time to over winter. The hole s are probably a bit of slug or snail damage.

Well it is happening to some of my chard leaf and tnot all the holes are slugs. They are small pin holes.
