My big three are as many different varieties of tomatoes, chillies, and courgettes that I can find space for.

Ooh, either French beans or winter squash. I prefer the squash, but my soil's too poor really... The beans are just so reliable, and tasty, and they look great too.Comment

My must grow are early potatoes, I have tried a number of different ones, and dont have any particular variety, I just find them all far better than whats in the shops. The grand children allways look for sugarsnap peasit may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.
