I sowed some Achocha "Fat Baby" seeds for the first time this year, planted two seedlings out at the end of a bed of melons in a polytunnel. I thought they had been smothered by the rampant galia melons, however today while picking some melons I found that the Achocha had trailed down the side of the raised bed and fruited along the channel between the raised bed and the plastic. WooHoo! Loads of spikey little lime green fruits but what to do with them
