What seeds have you all chosen?
I've just realised I haven't sent done anything about this and there's not long to go before it closes

I received my seeds last week. I picked ying' stem lettuce, Shetland kale (if you still want some), clear pink early toms, Brejo FB, capucijners peas and cabbage paddy. My luck dip is celeriac (heading to the VSP)

Shetland kale - yes please. I've asked for the Tall Curled kale, so, if it comes, I'll swap you
I really struggled to find 6 that I wanted. Have no idea what I've ordered, it was almost stick a pin in time

I struggled this time as well. Don't know if it is time to call it quits. Certainly nothing really jumped out at me this year

So many of them seem to be " Aunty Mary's beans" "Mrs Mildew's tomatoes"............not quite what I think of as heritage seeds.
Lots of the seeds are in the VSP so I/we don't need to include those in our 6 choices - and, I already have lots of seeds that I don't have room to grow.
I'm not going to renew my membership this year.

VC, is the greek squash like this one: Greek Sweet Red Squash | Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Co ?

(some kind soul put the HSL catalogue online last year so I could find it on an internet search but no one's done it yet for 2015...)

The catalogue came as a PDF file - don't know if it possible to put a link to it.

This is the description for the Greek squash - not the one above.
                  (C. pepo)
A bushy variety that is very productive and just keeps on
going. The light green fruits have pale green, mildflavoured
flesh and can be eaten young, or allowed to
grow on to hefty marrow proportions.

Thank you Frosty I was disappointed not to receive the tall curly kale on the list, but, realistically, there are only so many kales that a chicken can grow I still have the Tall kale and several others growing and its their 2nd year

Yes, that surprises me as you didn't need to But got a discount if you did which is fair enough. I know they want more members but feel this is a bad move and clearly discourages people.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
