Morning. What? Uh? Who has a problem? if that is aimed at me, you shouldn't ask questions you are not prepared to hear the answer too

Just to sum up a kind grape has kindly raised peeps awareness of an article about diseased seeds. As an observation the seeds they have highlighted are of a dubious nature anyway.

Just to take the dubious further. There are tropical fish sold in the uk that are dyed and/or injected with dye to make them more colourful and people buy them as the are different and unusual (can you see the link ) people like different, people sell different but not ethically.

Other grapes have added their opinions. There is no arguing, no problem, nada (I hope)

I would be more worried about buying seed from foreign climes because of the resulting plants not being suitable for our climate?
I have bought from abroad before but solely because I was prepared to take a chance.

When major British seed suppliers start selling seeds that weren't grown in this country without forewarning the punter.............that worries me.

I'm confused too. I think BigV may be directing her comments at heirloomsquash but I'm not certain.

I did a bit more Gogling about Blue strawberry seeds from China and found a forum where the members said that the plants that grew were not strawberry seedlings but were unidentifiable. Who knows what are being supplied, grown and, potentially set loose in our gardens and countryside?
