I grow 70% for us and 30% for the snails, then the neighbours eats them

            • Seriously sick of aubergines. Let these get too big so think they will be used for stuffing, so many more out there just avoiding them

              • Is no-one else picking anything at this time of year, i feel like i am highjacking this thread

Picking as many chilli´s as i can to try and pickle,
My winter tomatoes are coming fast now and from the few plants are doing really well. Don't think they will last to long as i never stalked them till they were massive and i broke so many stems and never cut any side shoots out. In fact i have been useless with them but has given me hope for next winter and a good few tomatoes for now.

All you have to do is crop a little off the top or bottom of the pic. You can do that on your phone. That's what I do and it works a treat! ...a little tip from Sarico

                        • A fine bunch of fresh carrots and another bunch of flowers, mainly chrysanths. Lots of carrots to come but I think the flowers will give up soon

                              • 3 or 4 handfuls of gold rush current tomatoes, that self sprouted in the chicken run, my ladies are so spoiled they are not even touching them, nice for me though, i really like this variety and didn't get round to planting any this year so will be yummy in my salad later
