            • All my first lot of potatos, should have left them a bit longer really but wanted the space, gooseberries and broad beans.
No matter:the allotment is lovely, the tadpoles have legs, my sea kale has germinated and I am glad to be home.

              • This little lot last night! All for dinner except the beetroot that's going in lunch for the next few days. I'm starting to feel like this gardening thing is actually worth the hassle. Even if I have had spinach in every meal for the past 2 weeks...

                  • Minom, minom minom, giggle hic!

I have just stripped most of my blackcurrants off the bushes and not one of them has made it to the kitchen.

Hiding my stained and sticky hands and beginning to feel quite quesy!

                        • Three more very fat little courgettes. I think I'm eating courgette with pretty much every meal at the moment. Good job I like 'em

                          • today we got some tomatoes , looks like we will have too many from now on.....

Then I noticed some of the shallots were ready, small at about 1 inch diameter, pulled a couple of onions as well that had died down

And some potatoes, lifted one plant , I think Swift, but cant find my bit of paper on locations of them

And a small marrow....or big courgette?

                              • Hi everyone,

Last night I picked my first tomato! You can imagine the excitement it looks like some of the others aren't far behind either. I'll be enjoying my little harvest in my lunch today.
