I pick them off when ripe, then let them dry, then I just squish them with my fingers and the seeds fall out easily.

well that sounds pretty easy i`ll give it a try ,what do you guys do with your chillis ? i was going to try and make some salsa and jerk sauses (i`ve ordered some scotch bonnets ! cant wait cheers
