At that stage you need to be potting on on a regular basis into good compost (I choose peat free but any decent quality multi purpose will feed fine) so no need for extra feed, especially as the light levels at the moment won't support fast growth.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

I use Chilli Focus too.
An alternative could be a half-strength seaweed extract fertiliser.
To my knowledge, these additives are about making stronger, more resilient plants. They help, certainly, but they're not crucial. Provided it is fresh and of the right composition for each stage of growth, the compost should be adequate on it's own.
Epsom Salts - roughly a teaspoons' worth diluted in a litre of water - sprayed onto the leaves of plants (once approx. 4" high) every couple of weeks, prevents lightening / yellowing leaves.
As has been said, the real feeding starts with the first flush of flowers.
