Warm sun on my back, birds singing, almond trees in full spring pinkness, worms trying to get out of the way of my fork! Digging of veggies beds now completed, not a weed in sight and everything has had some "pig-poo tea" very happy days indeed

hmmmm snowing here and a very cold wind keeping me inside.

In between here in Pyrenees - we've had one dry day in the last 10 and the veg garden is rather waterlogged, but I did get some plastic moved around. Still, at least it turned warm and wet yesterday!
But the birds are firmly in spring mode so we may soon catch up with you in sunny Spain. Enjoy it before the summer heat kicks in.Le Sarramea https://jgsgardening.blogspot.com/

I went into my garage to sow some spinach this afternoon. It was bright sunshine. When I came out the ground was white, but on close inspection it was hailstones, not snow. Awww lovely piggies I always had a few as a child and really MUST resist having any on my allotment. I'm sure one day we'll move to a house with a garden and THEN I can have a whole herd to keep my lawn mown
I garden because......it leaves me feeling completely calm and relaxed Nothing better than pottering about sowing seeds and watering and dead heading...I just love it all! Whenever I open the gate to the allotment I instantly feel all my tension leave me...it's definitely my sanctuaryIf I'm not on the Grapevine I can usually be found here!....https://www.thecomfreypatch.co.uk/
