Germination roulette. Chilli help

Hello, so I've had scotch bonnet chilli's in the boiler cupboard for last week or two and today I have 3 of the 15 seeds poking their heads above the compost. Now I've kept them in the cupboard on the hope that the rest or at least a few more will come up today/tomorrow but I'm aware the ones that are up need light asap.
What is my best option? Hold out and hope more come up in the next 24 or remove the entire pot and hope the potential plants come up whilst on the windowsill.

The seeds are in one large pot so it's not like I can split it other than trying to tease out the seedlings into little pots but they have literally only just come up and I don't want to 'injure' them.

Get them all into the light ASAP. If three have come up, the likelihood is that more will be on their way, the heat has probably already done it's job. You can always pop the whole lot back in the boiler cupboard each night. The ones that are up will suffer more from lack of light than the ones that aren't will suffer from the lack of heat (if you know what i mean!).

THis is why I always plant chillies in tiny individual pots, I used to use seed cell trays, but way too much faffing around when germination is erratic!!!!

I'm with chilli grower here. I use jiffy 7's for each seed as I've found that erratic germination, especially with the hotter chilli's means that there can be a couple of weeks between first and last.

I then get them into a small pot as soon as possible so there is no drying out issues - just a matter of planting the whole thing so the roots aren't disturbed.

I chit mine on damp kitchen roll in a plastic bag. That way I can see who is ready to pot and who is ready to rot.

Took 3 weeks for all my Chillis to germinate, all motoring away nicley now.

I have used seed pellets for the first time this year and on the whole I like them - makes moving individual plants around - About 40 chillies and Peppers are spending day time in the GH and night time in doors.

I'd have thought it'd be a bit too chilly to have young plants out in the GH already, even if just during daylight hours.

Whatever cell size I'm using from a module tray I get another module tray and chop each cell into individual cells then put these back in the module tray fill with compost then when each seedling pops up you can take the cell out and transplant it into you're module tray wherever that may be, it sounds hard work but there reuseable and let's you plant more varieties in a smaller space

I would prick them out. Be gentle . I'd be worried about putting the tray back in the heat with the ones that have sprouted - they may well get too leggy.
