I was just out watering the garden and to my excitement I finally have some coming through. I ran quirky inside to get a bag and a shape knife.

On my return I found this


Nealy a year of waiting and all the plants are covered, needless to say the chickens are having a feast.

I have got a bag full but have been put eating them

So anyway thanks for your advice leading up until today but I guess there's nothing I can do now, it's one of the bloody weeks. I also lost all 150 chilli and pepper plants along with all my aubergine and some tomato all because I was being far too lazy. Yesterday was a mad panic of replanting everything

I wouldn't attempt to grow PSB without netting them.
What's happened to your chilli, peppers, subs and toms?

Yuk! That sucks, sorry to hear that.

Will you mesh the next lot? I get a bit of whitefly on mine through the butterfly net, but nothing that looks as drastic as that.

My PSB looks just the same - absolutely smothered in cabbage aphids. I think the aphids like it under the net where the birds can't get at them; but if I take the net off the pigeons strip the leaves in minutes. All I can think of is to get the sprayer and squirt jets of water at them to knock as many off as I can?
