where can I find the plants of Origanum majorana aka sweet marjoram!

It is fairly easy to grow from seeds, if you can't find plants in the garden centre.
You'll probably find plants when the weather has warmed up a bit. -
Wait a few weeks and it'll be in the garden centres.

I'd go a bit further than Thelma, it's very easy to grow from seed. I always have a few pots of different varieties along with the basil in the greenhouse.Comment

How long does the seed take to come up? I sowed some new seed on 8th March, and there's still no sign. The pot is on a north windowsill and inside a poly bag.
edit - actually it's oregano, (oregano vulgarum) not sweet marjoram, but similar germination I would have thought?Last edited by mothhawk; 28-03-2015, 03:31 PM.Location - Leicestershire - Chisit-land
