My cucamelon seedlings have got a tad leggy and when I come to pot them on are they like chilli's and tomatoes where they can be potted deeper to compensate for the leggings?
thanks.
It take the view than any (and all) Dicotyledonous plants can be buried up to their seed leaves. Some (but relatively few) are happier being buried deeper - Tomatoes for example - but obviously they need enough leaves left above ground to see the sun!!, so it might be the next potting-on that can bury them deeper still.
Excellent, the seed leaves and true leaves which are coming through look nice and healthy so I'll burry up to those and leave a bit of stem exposed not to shock the plants
