What has happened to the article on manure?

Up until recently there was a highly useful article at the head of one of the forums on GYO.
I have been unable to find this lately and would like to know if it has been removed.
It went into details of why manure was of no benefit and may actualy do more harm than good.
Does anyone know this article and can you direct me to where it is now?

TS from what I can remember? Still use it though myself because its delivered to the allotments for free and most organic matter once added to the soil will improve the structure.

You don't need horsemuck in the same way that you don't need need a Rolex watch. There are always alternatives!

What would you suggest the stables etc do with their surplus as I'm sure there are regulations that they cannot just keep mounding it up.

That's why it's mainly FREE on our site!

Also because this stuff is sawdust and shavings based which takes longer to rot down.

One good thing I suppose is that I shouldn't get aminopyralid poisoning as the bedding is not straw or hay based?
It could still contain aminopyralid in carp from the hay the hoss has eaten though I suppose?

Interesting link that Kristen. I use a MCPA,Dicamba and Mecoprop mix at work. I've always shied away from the use of 24,D and reading that, I'm glad I did!
