Planted beans too early?

    Although it is early,I can understand why you planted a couple more. Having just two bean plants at (earlier than normal) harvest time,wouldn't produce many beans for a meal & having four plants to protect from cold will be manageable with cloche protection. But I would harden up the ones that are 1ft big for 1-2 weeks,before planting out,maybe a straw mulch around the base of the plants? They'l need protecting from slugs. I cut plastic bottles in half,so there's a big hole each end,then put copper tape around it,then that sits just below the soil surface with the plant inside,slugs can't get to the plant

      Well all my seeds germinated 100% success I think I have about 8.

      Two of the plants are pretty big 2 feet or more tall but they are spreading out a bit rather than growing tall.

      I am thinking about putting them outside soon.

      Thursday and Friday look mild nights, couple of colder ones after that thought, maybe I can take them back in if still in pots.

      I will see how it goes.
