runner beans

HELP!!!!!!!!!runner bean crisis
i have grown my beans in pots and planted them out three weeks ago since i planted them out they have gradually gone a paler green until now they are nearly yellow but they are still growing up the poles strongly ! please help !!!!

Hi Woodfettler - I'm no expert but I reckon your poor old runners are either suffering with the cool weather (haha!) or could do with a general feed - it'll soon perk them up!

Definately the cool. Especially if they were not hardened off. They normally perk up...IF we return to summer ever.

epsom salts might help Woodfettler

Mine did the same a few weeks ago, but once they settled in they improved. Now climbing and producing flowers. No blackfly (touch wood etc. I think the little b*****s may have drowned in the rain we've had)
