I would just add a little more soil to your pots for now. The soil will then be just under the seed leaves. You can plant a little deeper later on when you pot on.
Some of those pots look fuller than others - don't fill up too much, leave a little space at the top. Well done though, I find basil a bu@@er to grow. They look lovely.
You take it out of it's pot....and plant it right up to its scrawny little neck in a deeper pot. This encourages the plant to grow more roots and protects it from wind rock etc.
Particularly useful for tomatoes.
Never do it to cucumbers (they get stemrot).
