chillis

hi all, ive been keeping an eye on my max/min temp gauge and it hasnt droped below 5 degreas for a while so im moving my chillis out to the greenhouse ,anyone else done this yet ? if not how much longer are yu waiting ? cheers

Mine are out in the poly tunnel at the moment - but they'll be indoors tonight. I'm not leaving mine out all night for a few weeks yet.

5 is too cold for chillies. Mine are in the GH during the day and on the windowsills at night. A few more weeks yet for me.

ok thanks,so what sort of nightime temps are you getting ? when you get a mo could you put some pics of your chiilis on here ? cheers

Think it's about a min of 10 degrees for chillis and peppers.

I agree with Scoot. Chillies like the warmth.

In the greenhouse, my lowest night time temperature has been 5 degrees over the last week, though its been 8 degrees for the last three nights.
