I have been really suprised this year,last year was the first time for me growing the above,i am not that keen on them,however,i now have 2 lots that are grown on their own without any help 
PIC 1....in the grow barn at the lottie,it originaly had plants in,the plants were said to regrow if looked after,so i try'd my best,but no luck,then from out of the trough are a few plants,all are self setters from last year,
PIC 2..growing at home, is even more amazing,whilst clearing the ground for the polytunnel,i found some fruits that i had picked last year and forgot about,now these had been out in all weathers over the winter,drowned in water,the fruits were soft but still intact,i got them inside and dried out,a lot off them did not look to be much,anyway up,i was up for an experiment,so into a 3in pot they went,nothing was happening,they were just a mass of seeds floating in the top cm of compost,on account off me keep pocking for a sign of life,they are in the poly now,and look whats happened,
