The two Black Prince plants I bought from a market a few weeks ago are setting distinctly stripey fruits. They are dark green and light green like unripe Green Zebras or Tigerellas or Tiger Toms. So now I'm wondering if they really are what they are supposed to be. Does anyone know if immature Black Prince tomatoes are meant to look like that?

They were definitely labelled Black Prince, cariann, although in Slovak, not English. But after seeing Thelma's and Potty's pics I'm even more suspicious that they're not. Too early to tell what colour stripes they'll end up with, or whether they'll be anything black at all. Oh well, they won't be the first plants I've grown that didn't match their description.
I actually haven't posted any pics on here yet, skeggijon. I guess it's about time I did. Is it best to upload them here or upload them somewhere else and just post a link? How does everyone else do it?Last edited by Zelenina; 10-06-2015, 09:17 PM.
