If they are in pots indoor/outdoor makes very little difference the growing medium will be depleted at about 6 weeks. Maybe slightly quicker if they are outdoor and you get a lot of rain which will rinse out the nutrients.
I like to give mine a high nitrogen feed before flowering/fruit set to help with green growth, changing to high potash when the fruit sets to aid with fruit growth.Potty by name Potty by nature.

I shouldn't worry to much about the leaf curl that can happen with the difference between night and day temperatures which have been varying quite a lot recently.
But if you have flowers on a feed of tom food can only do good and certainly no harm.Potty by name Potty by nature.
