I was thinking spinach too. If its disgusting there is only one thing to do, whatever it is - pull it out and grow something nice!A life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. LLAP. - Leonard Nimoy

Try feeding it to Chickens.
If they won't eat it and you won't, its a weed taking up space.
(My first thought was Spinach with the remote possibility it is Good King Henry).Feed the soil, not the plants.
(helps if you have cluckies)

I don't suppose it could be strawberry spinach. I can't remember what it tastes like but I remember me and hubby not being keen on it. It would make sense of the bobbly bits. Oh and if left it will spread and seed just like magentaspreen - same family. Given a few weeks you would soon know if it was

Not sorrel Nicos, I dug all mine up last year as I was the only one who ate it, unfortunately I think it managed to seed itself before I cleared it. NG, I think that may be it. I was given some strawberry spinach seeds but none came . They have now been used as a chicken treat!
