Certainly late July, probably August? Probably depends on your climate to some extent. My late beans often do better than my early ones. I know I seem to pick beans in the polytunnel until quite late in the year, and it's probably warmer where you are then here?Last edited by kathyd; 07-07-2015, 08:28 AM.sigpicGardening in France rocks!

I'll sow my last batch right at the end of July (Oh! This month - where has the year gone?!), but that'll be an outside crop and is a gamble on the first frost (October or January!).Le Sarramea https://jgsgardening.blogspot.com/
