Not assume that just because something did well last year it will do so this year. Doubled my broad beans this year and harvested about a fifth of last year. Hey ho!Le Sarramea https://jgsgardening.blogspot.com/

Label EVERYTHING- I have a tray of cavolo nero into which I popped something else, all are growing well but cannot for the life of me remember what I put in the middle. Don't know if it is ornamental or edible so will have to pot on until I do.No matter:the allotment is lovely, the tadpoles have legs, my sea kale has germinated and I am glad to be home.

Not to try and cram too much in my very small space and try not to buy seeds to try just because they are unusual or something I have never heard of.I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. Thomas A. Edison
