  • Earwig damage?

    Hi folks,

I've noticed some damage to my greenhouse plants in the last couple of weeks, something is having a nibble - at first I assumed slugs or snails, but I couldn't find any in the vicinity. Then I noticed a lot of small earwigs living under the plant pots, and even spotted a few nestling near the growing tips of my aubergines...

Is this earwig damage? If so, how do i get rid of them, I think my greenhouse has an infestation.

Its not Slugs and Snails, but I have never had earwigs so I can not help you.
Feed the soil, not the plants.
    (helps if you have cluckies)

I don't know if it is earwig damage but to help get rid of them, you put an upturned pot full of straw on a stick and clean out daily or Nicos came up with an article a while ago which said leaving out dishes with oil and soya sauce in (I am yet to try it). However on the plus side earwigs are another aphid muncher
