    Plot holder has grown this and doesn't know what it is.

    Round tomato-like fruits but leaves don't look like tomato to me..

    Funny as it sounds you can have potato plants with fruit like that!?

      Looks like nightshade to me.

        It's something from the Nightshade family (solanceae) - if he didn't plant it, I'd dig it out. Most of them are poisonous

              I would agree, nightshade, get rid of it.

                  Yes, this is Black Nightshade, awfully poisonous if eaten, or the sap gets into you...

                  The reason it looks a bit like Potatoes or Tomatoes is because they are all in the same family.

                  This plant got into your garden by means of bird poop.

                  Please be safe and dispose of it.
