I have also sown swede and turnips, and romanesco, along with radishes; regular and an oriental black type. Ooh and a red PSB.
I also need to sow lettuce, late carrots and Xmas potatoes, all of which should make the winter harvest more interesting.
I am wondering if I can get away with sowing some quick growing spring onions, or if I should invest in Japanese onions.... Or just plant the damn leeks that refuse to get pencil sized right now!
Is it too late to sow beetroot?
