      Ignore me because I haven't a clue about blight but I have some like that and I think they're just old and ready for digging up.
      How long since you planted them?

          I don't think it's blight. To me it looks like they decided to end their growing period earlier than usual because they got fed up with the dull weather this summer.

            Like everyone else I think they have just given up, my Picasso look much the same having rolled over early this year.

              I had the same today. I'll start to feed them with Epsom Salt in case it's a deficiency but it's certainly not blight as long it's only leaves and no stem affected.
