as the title says, How do you dry your beans. I have loads, Borlotti and white which have been shelled and are spread out on a flat tray. Do I let nature take its course or is there a quicker way?

Nah. 2 weeks on a plate/tray with regular shuffling.
If I am using them for seed they also go into a container of dried rice for a further 2 weeks, just to be sure, though that could be overkill.http://mudandgluts.com - growing fruit and veg in suburbia

On a tray in the sun in the car, or in the airing cupboard (which is daft really as we have solar hot water so no sun means a cooler cupboard!!) usually for about two-three weeks.Le Sarramea https://jgsgardening.blogspot.com/

- leave on the plant as long as poss (mine tend to get all picked in the first week of Sept, because the damp nights rot the plants)
- leave all pods on newspaper somewhere warm and dry (don't shell them yet)
- when pods are brown & crispy, with no "give", you can shell the beans
- store in glass, not plastic, with a silica packet if poss
