Rhubarb - What to do

Wondering what to do with the Rhubarb patches, whether to pull it all and freeze it or leave some in and let it die back?

Any advice please?

Rhubarb is a perennial and needs to use the goodness from the leaves to make next year's growth, so the best thing you can do is leave it alone until it has died down. It will then come back in the spring.

Yes, I agree with Penellype. Last picking for me on all my rhubarb is in August, after that I give it a rest.
