I was telling my lottie neighbour about this challenge today and she told me that her mum is sick and tired of having to dig peanut plants out of her garden.
Apparently they turn up each year under the bird feeder.
can't be that hard to grow then can they? (famous last words)

Off topic...kind of. About 15 years ago my dad gave us a chestnut sapling...grown from a chestnut would you believe. It's now a huge tree!!sigpicComment

My mom got me some red skinned bird nuts today. Have hidden them from OH as I will just plant some up and not tell him and stick a load out for the birds
