Not a complaint, does anyone know of a celery variety that remains small?
I cook with it occasionally and just about everything says 1 or 2 sticks of celery, what I have to buy is 12-15 sticks as a whole celery and the majority gets wasted.
Last time I looked I could buy a pack of celery sticks at £1:10 and get about the same as 3 sticks, but as a whole celery was 65p it was not an option to buy the small packet.
So I was hoping someone may know of a variety that remains relatively small so there is less of it.
Then I have to work out how to grow the stuff. Mind you the way everything has gone this year I should buy Giant Celery and I might then get about a stick per plant.
