As the vines a tad quiet, I've just sown some French Marigolds.

Toms- white queen, black cherry, cuor di bue, Irish supersweet.
Tomatilloes.
Cherry bomb chillis
cape gooseberries.
Flowers- echinaecia (probably spelt that wrong)

also sowed chard 'bright lights' in uunheated greenhouse.

Started chitting some Parsnip white gem seeds today. Hopefully I'll start seeing the first little roots in a couple of weeks.

Last night i put some parsnip seeds on damp kitchen roll to chit - these are last year's seeds, so it'll be interesting to see how many germinate.
Also sowed some leeks in one of those plastic tubs that mushrooms come in.

I done this with last years as well. They've been on the damp kitchen roll for 12 days now and still nothing which is why i started chitting this years parnip seed the other day.

I also, also did this and nothing. Bloomin parsnips. I've some fresh seed so will crack that open soon.
