Today I harvested - 2016

Five thick asparagus spears, the first ones from the asparagus I grew from seed, had to be shared and they were absolutely lush

Absolutely nothing today, hope it all starts growing fast soon

Two nice leeks to go in my vegetable soup! .

4 left in the garden, will cook them at the weekend in a cream sauce to have with the roast.

My first strawberries of the year. OK there was only two but SWMBO informs me they were......... both delicious .................

PSB - only got three plants of this, Claret, but it's so prolific. Will definitely grow this variety again. Also picked a big bunch of honesty flowers.

The last of our psb.
Yup I know I've said that at least 3 times but it has kept throwing off small side shoots!
That was well and truely the last cos they are being pulled up to make way for the spuds over the next few days

Also harvested spinach and sorrel yesterday

More PSB for me too - theres still lots of tiny shoots on it so I've told it its got a week to crack on then it needs to come out so my onions can go in!!
