  • I've finally done some work on all 25 beds at the allotment, so here's some pictures.

        The plot is coming on slowly, should hopefully see a difference next month:



        Again, The Munty House has some stuff happy to grow & others need a kick up the arris:

        • Lovely pond, BM, and I like your raspberry patch too. Never heard of anyone having a raspberry patch
          LOVE growing food to eat in my little town back garden. Winter update: currently growing overwintering onions, carrots, lettuce, chard, salad leaves, kale, cabbage, radish, beetroot, garlic, broccoli raab, some herbs.

          • All change. I feel a bit behind again after pox, girls breaking things,duck attacks, naff weather but hopefully next week I will get back out a bit (fingers crossed)

            • What a shame about your peas, NG. Hope some of them recover from that. Love your trespassers will be composted sign, hope the ducks can read it

              • I'd be tempted to staple some netting or chicken wire to the gate NG as I'm sure a duck will squeeze through the gaps.

                • Just an update as I am so proud of what my OH has created.

                  So if anyone has a small garden that started like ours have faith in yourself and get stuck in.....

                            There has always been chicken wire on it it has a lot more u-nails on it these days
