storing onion sets

looking at the weather it may be a while be for i get to plant the sets my wife bought for me today, so i'm wondering where is the best place to store them and how ? i know some one on here will have the answer i'm looking for .

If they are in a net bag, you could hang them up somewhere like a garage. I've had shallots hung in my garage for several months. If they are in a plastic bag, even if it has holes, I'd take them out of the bag and spread them out in a tray. Hope that helps.
