Well, some of my first crops for this year have just germinated. Just tomatoes for now, but it's nice to see growing season is on it's way

Nothing better! I'm still a few weeks away from starting stuff - I got carried away last year and sowed a few things far too early Still working out what I'm going to grow and where it's going to go.
Though I did find some garlic sprouting in the cupboard so may nip up to the allotment today and pot it up in the unheated greenhouse and see how it goes. It'll either grow or it won't!If I'm not on the Grapevine I can usually be found here!....https://www.thecomfreypatch.co.uk/

Don't tempt me!!!
Got 13 sprouting bulbs (cloves?) from the garlic so they're now potted up and we'll see how they do. Two bulbs were still in good condition so I've brought them back home to go in a chilli....which I will cook tomorrow!

I'm still sitting on my hands so i won't be tempted yet, I haven't bought compost so I can't! But I was a bit thrilled to see shoots coming up all over the garden today. That'll have to do for nowYou may say I'm a dreamer... But I'm not the only one...
I'm an official nutter - an official 'cropper' of a nutter! I am sooooo pleased to be a cropper! Hurrah!

I so want to get started sowing, but I can't until nearly March.
I mean, don't feel sorry for me; I can't 'cos I'm going on holiday for most of February, but still...

I might be a little dibble and start a few toms off at the weekend - even though I have carrot seeds that say that they can be sown in Jan.
Oh and my perennial flower seeds (don't know what they are as forgot to lable them) are growing a bit.I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. Thomas A. Edison
