Do you know what this is?

It is part of one of those mixed salad ready in 3 weeks thing, but they do not list the individual plants/seeds. I really like the taste and they way it grew, it is now going up to seed but the leaves are still very tasty

It is not parsley and i am thinking maybe greek cress but not sure but would like to grow a little patch of it or large pot.

Let it go to seed. Then you don[t need to worry what it is, just keep growing it!
My best guess is Curled/Curly cress.

No not endive as i grow that as well, but i will do what VC says and save the seed

I'm the same I've seen it in my salad mix but don't no the name! I've always thought it was a type of sprouting / baby leave carrot? If they're a thing? Or maybe a type of rocket.

What does it taste like?
Carrot leaves taste the same, young or old
is it hot, spicy, bland, mild ?

I don't think its endive because that would take a lot longer than 3 weeks to mature and set seed. How long ago did you sow the seeds, Lisa?

Yes it does look like Greek cress. I grew a salad mix a couple of years ago that was supposed to have Greek cress in it, and some of the plants were like that. If you show us another piccy when it flowers it might help with identification.

I will keep it posted, i actually have some greek cress, so i am going to sow some of those.

That row must have been in nearly 2 months now, i know its not endive it does´t taste like it. It has a slight peppery taste like a very mild rocket but also slighty herby, how to be undescriptive hey
