I met that lady at the EGS. I got lots of plants and seeds from her. Very nice helpful lady
I get good harvests, but never anything like that!

The chilli plants that gets I pinch out to encourage a bushy plant would be the faster growing varieties. The ones that will give you a decent crop this year. The slower varieties I hope to overwinter, they often don't fruit that well in their first year and don't grow that fast. I often have to prune these during the dormant season. There isn't a hard or fast rule here. It's up to you if you want to pinch them out, some I do, some I think are branching out without help. I often do it with flowers, fushias etc. if you have two plants you could just experiment with one?

I watched a few videos for them to say what "liquid" feed they were using and they don't add to that. My black naga last year didn't manage to produce one chilli

Hopefully this will help a bit - forgive the dodgy photos.
The overall frame - with some trays sitting on top of it too!
The foot - sitting beside a ballast for another light
How the corners work.
