      • yes use them all or give some to friends.

we make chilli/garlic ice cubes with a lot of them. blend them all up in a batch.

also make my own chilli sauces.

I think we should be exchanging some seeds, these some varieties here id like.

        • We have a seed swap here: http://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/gra...6-a_88250.html

Please join, you will need to notch up a few more posts but that's easily done by October there are some great varieties peeps are hoping to save. register your interest and the chillies you hope to save from.
Remember chillies cross so you either need to bag some flowers or isolate a plant somewhere.

                • My mystery chillies are finally fruiting but the chillies are turning dark brown/black straight away? I'm not sure if this is just what it's supposed to do or if something isn't quite right.. Will take some pics tomorrow.

                  • My lemon drops seem to be doing this too Miss C... I'm confused because I assumed they would be yellow?

Well a few of them are currently brown - firm though, not like they have rotted. I'll try get a really close up pic tonight... to counteract the tiny photo that will appear on here

                          • Lots of chillies go green>chocolate>black>red during ripening. I must admit they do look like they're going rotten at the brown stage!
